🎃 Pumpkin Picking Fun at Farmer Bertie’s! 🎃

Our ABC children had the most wonderful day at Farmer Bertie’s Pumpkin Patch! 🍂

The EYFS children explored the fields, searched high and low for the perfect pumpkins, and learned all about how they grow. 🌱

We loved seeing their faces light up as they discovered pumpkins of all shapes, sizes, and colours! The children practised their counting, talking about textures and sizes, and of course—had lots of muddy fun along the way! 🧡

A huge thank you to Farmer Bertie’s Pumpkin patch for such a fantastic experience, and to all our amazing little explorers for their enthusiasm and curiosity. What a lovely way to celebrate autumn together! 🍁

Our little monsters had a frighteningly good time in this week’s Pocket Rockets Sport class! 🏃‍♀️⚽
🧛‍♂️ Whether they were jumping like jack-o’-lanterns or racing like rocket-powered skeletons, the children were full of energy and excitement!

📚 ABC Visit to Culcheth Library 📸🎨

Our EYFS children had a fantastic time on their recent visit!

As part of the trip, the children took part in a fun photo hunt around the library, ! 👀🕵️‍♀️

Afterwards, the children got creative with some wonderful drawings inspired by the books they saw and the things they discovered on their hunt. From colourful characters to their own versions of the library – their imaginations truly came to life on paper! 🎨📖

Thank you to the lovely staff at the Culcheth library welcoming us so warmly and to the lovely ladies Warrington Children’s Centres and Family Hubs for the amazing activities.The children had such a positive experience and can’t wait to return.

🌿✨ EYFS Outdoor Adventures! ✨🌿

Yesterday was a magical day of exploration and imagination for our Early Years adventurers!
We took our learning outside and embraced the wonders of nature with an afternoon of tree climbing and creative crown-making. 🧗‍♀️👑

From scaling low branches with careful teamwork and determination, to foraging for fallen leaves, twigs, and flowers, our little explorers were fully immersed in the natural world. With every crunchy step and curious glance, their confidence, coordination, and creativity grew.

The highlight? Watching the children proudly wear their handmade forest crowns — each one as unique and beautiful as its maker! 🍁🌸🌿
Outdoor learning sparks imagination, builds resilience, and nurtures a deep connection with nature. And yesterday, it did all that — and more. 💚

🍂 What an Autumn Adventure! 🍁
Today, our little explorers went on a wonderful Autumn Hunt! 🎉 We had so much fun discovering the beautiful signs of autumn all around us. From crunchy leaves to shiny conkers, we explored nature with wide eyes and curious hearts. 🌰🍃
🌟 Look what we found:
🧡 Gorgeous leaves in every shade of red, yellow, and orange!
🍄 Little mushrooms hiding under trees and bushes.
🐞 Tiny creatures like ladybirds and ants marching around.
🌰 Acorns and conkers, perfect for collecting and counting.
🍂 Amazing patterns in the leaves and trees!
👀 The children were brilliant at spotting the autumn treasures, and they loved sharing their finds with their friends. 👫 We even made fun memories with some Autumn Sounds – can you hear the leaves crunching underfoot? 🦗🍂
We’ve learned so much about this lovely season, and we can’t wait for our next adventure in nature! 💚
