Another beautiful sunrise on our final morning. We had croissants for breakfast. What a treat! This morning we will do a village study, comparing Minstead to Crowthorne, before heading home after lunch. Or energy use over the last couple of days makes for an interesting comparison too. Clearly there have been a lot of showers and toilet flushes judging by the water use.

It's been a very busy day and we apologise for not getting an update out earlier, which means we can only put it on Facebook as the school office is now closed.
We went for a nature walk, met New Forest ponies, did an orienteering exercise, explored the food garden, met the chickens and sheep and completed a scavenger hunt. I think we are all ready for a good night's sleep.

We had fun at campfire last night and have woken up to a beautiful morning and had a hearty breakfast in preparation for our nature ramble in the New Forest. Miss Davidson has even found a few minutes to do some birdwatching with the children.

It's a bittersweet morning for 4JG as we think about all the fun things we have done, the growth in our independence and the day ahead. We have had the best time but are very much looking forward to seeing our families.
