Our Story

Children start to learn about the world around them from the moment they are born. The care and education offered by Crowthorne Village Pre-School helps to continue to do this by providing all the children with interesting activities that are right for their age and stage of development. By choosing their own activities and working with what interests them children are motivated to learn and this helps build a firm foundation to their early learning. We believe that children who are happy, feel safe and have fun will achieve their full potential and respect and appreciate the environment and community in which they live.

Crowthorne village pre-school is proud to be the oldest pre-school in Crowthorne established in 1974 by a group of parents built on a basis of working with and for the local community.

Ofsted report January 2017 rating good " Staff provide children with challenging, interesting, exciting activities that enable them to learn and develop as they play. Each child's key person knows them well and has an accurate understanding of children's skills, abilities and progress. "
