📚 Reading is at the heart of everything we do📚

Across all of our nursery rooms, we encourage a love of books and storytelling every single day. Whether it’s sharing a cosy story together, exploring picture books independently, singing nursery rhymes, or bringing stories to life through imaginative play, reading is woven into our daily routines.

Reading helps to build children’s language, communication, imagination, confidence, and early literacy skills, while also creating special moments for children and practitioners to enjoy together.

From our youngest babies to our preschool children, we love watching their excitement as they discover new stories, favourite characters, and the magic that books can bring. ❤️

We believe that developing a love of reading from an early age lays the foundations for a lifetime of learning, and we are proud to make books such a big part of every day at our nursery. 📖✨

What a fantastic way to end the term! 🌞🎉

The last three days have been filled with so much fun and laughter. On Monday we enjoyed an exciting Water Fight Day 💦, Tuesday was all about getting cosy in our Pyjama Day 💤, and today we finished the term in style with a brilliant Party Day full of games, dancing, and smiles! 🥳

Today we said goodbye to some of our preschool children who are leaving us to start school in September. We are so proud of everything they have achieved during their time with us and wish them all the very best as they begin their exciting new adventure. We know you’ll all do amazingly well! 🎓❤️

To all of our other children who are term-time only, we hope you have a wonderful, safe, and relaxing summer break with your families. We can’t wait to hear all about your adventures when you return!

Thank you to all of our amazing children and families for another fantastic term. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back in September for more fun, learning, and wonderful memories together! 🌈☀️

🎓✨ What a wonderful afternoon celebrating our amazing preschool graduates! ✨🎓

Today we celebrated our Graduation Party, and we couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of our children. It has been a joy watching them grow in confidence, develop new skills, make friendships, and create so many happy memories during their time with us.

We wish all of our school leavers the very best as they begin their next exciting adventure. We know you will all do amazingly well, and we can’t wait to hear about everything you achieve.

A huge thank you to all of our families for your continued support, and thank you to everyone who helped make today such a special celebration. We hope you all had a fantastic afternoon! 💙🌟

🥔🌱 From Garden to Plate! 🌱🥔

Today was an exciting day as our little gardeners harvested the potatoes we’ve been growing together! The children were so excited to dig through the soil and discover all of the potatoes they had helped nurture over the past few months.

Growing our own food has been a wonderful hands-on learning experience, teaching the children about where food comes from, how plants grow, and the importance of caring for nature.

The best part is still to come… we’ll be turning our freshly harvested potatoes into a delicious homemade potato salad for everyone to enjoy! 🥔🥗

Well done to all of our fantastic little gardeners! 🌿💚

Over the past few weeks, our nursery has been buzzing with activity as we’ve been busy planting and preparing our new garden 🌱

From carefully selecting young plants to getting them settled into their new homes, it’s been a rewarding process watching everything begin to take shape. Each day brings a little more colour, a little more growth, and a lot of excitement for what’s to come.

Our team has put so much care into creating a space that will flourish in the months ahead, and we can already see the first signs of life emerging. We’re looking forward to welcoming you soon to see it for yourselves!

Our little ones have been getting into the Easter spirit this week 🐣💛

From tiny handprint chicks to beautifully decorated eggs, the babies have been busy creating the sweetest keepsakes for their families. It’s been so special watching their curiosity, creativity, and excitement shine through every activity 🌸✨

These little treasures are more than just crafts—they’re memories to cherish for years to come. We hope you love them as much as we loved making them!
