*Pre-school*

In Pre-school this week we have been exploring colours. The children have been mixing colours together to see how to make new colours. They did this with play dough, food colouring, shaving foam and paint. The children really enjoy experimenting and getting messy, while make new and exciting colours, (not just brown)

Little Bouncing Bunnies 🐰

The children have been really interested in animals recently. We have made lots of animal themed activities for them to enjoy!
🐅We have had a tiger rice tray this morning which the children explored with scoops and bowls. The children fed the tigers, just like the tiger who came to tea! We all practised our best roars too! 🐅
🐊The children have also enjoyed exploring a crocodile swamp play this afternoon. The children used the crocodile to stomp in the gloop and used their hands to freely explore the texture, it was very slimy! 🐊

**Pre-school**

Last week the children were exploring senses. Taking part in lots of different sensory activities to use their sense and start to understand what they are. We spoke about a couple of them in circle times. Discussing what we see and taste and how important it is to listen.

We did a range of activities including: colour mixing, painting with fluffy paint, baking chocolate swirl shortbread, water and sand play, scented play dough, light box and lots of gloop.

We're carrying on with senses this week and seeing how else we can explore them.

Big Bouncing Bunnies have had great fun the last few days. They have enjoyed music and movement with the parachute, a farm yard sensory tray and today have been baking. We used lots of new language to discuss the ingredients we were using and the different weights of them. We hope you enjoy the biscuits when you get home this evening.
