A beautiful blend of gloss and matt; with red underglaze used in the dots, then waxed over the top to add an mixture of texture.

The glass eyes are also a fantastic addition. 🦉

A slab of clay begins as something quiet and flat. Then through touch and patience, it can be transformed into something with its very own story and emotion. This octopus is a wonderful demonstration of that!
