Year 14 Ulster University Open Day Visit

Recently, our Year 14 students enjoyed a busy and informative visit to the Ulster University Open Day at the Belfast Campus.

Students had the opportunity to explore Ulster University's state-of-the-art campus, learn more about the wide range of courses available, and speak directly with university staff and current students. The visit provided a valuable insight into university life, including academic study, student support services, and the facilities on offer.

The open day also encouraged students to consider the many pathways and opportunities available to them after school, helping them to make informed decisions about their future education and career aspirations.

A very enjoyable and worthwhile experience was had by all, and we thank Ulster University for hosting such an informative event.

🎓 Celebrating the Class of 2026

On Thursday 3rd September, staff, past pupils and their parents came together for a very special afternoon to celebrate the achievements of our A Level Class of 2026.

It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the hard work, commitment and dedication of our pupils and to celebrate all they have achieved during their time with us.

Principal, Mrs Millar, shared her best wishes with the Class of 2026 as they prepare to take their next steps — whether continuing their education, following their chosen career path or entering the world of work. She spoke proudly of the wide variety of fields and exciting opportunities that lie ahead for our pupils. She reminded them of the importance of working hard, being kind and never being afraid to ask for help.

As they begin this new chapter, we hope they carry with them many happy memories of their time with us, along with the confidence and determination to follow their dreams.

Good luck, Class of 2026! We wish you every happiness and success for the future. You will always be a special part of our school family. ✨
