Jane Benians Tutoring An experienced primary school teacher offering one-to-one private tuition from primary to GCSE. Welcome to Jane Benians Tutoring.

I'm a fully qualified primary school teacher and have enjoyed nearly 20 years of teaching in small schools in the Heathfield area. During this time I gained a reputation, among children and parents, for being approachable, kind and patient. During 2016 I chose to leave the teaching profession to begin working independently as a private tutor. I offer one-to-one sessions, mainly in Maths and Englis

h, in a calm, friendly, purpose-built teaching environment at my home. Since setting up independently I’ve enjoyed working with children aged 6 to 14, as well as adults, with the aim of developing confidence, skills and understanding in their chosen subjects. I’m always careful to take time with my pupils to understand their needs and support them appropriately. We work together to achieve success!
