Little Apples Cooking Academy It was really lovely to bump into one of our Little Apple Chef’s Mums last week and download our news. We had to close our Saturday Academy following Covid. She said that her little chef is now nearly 17/18! And absolutely loved coming to classes with us and never found anything quite the same. I had a tear in my eye because Chef Ju and I loved it too. But circumstances were against us. But we always hope we will reopen one day if we find the right setting. Ju is still running a school kitchen and helping me when we need it and I am still growing Apple of my Eye in schools and community groups. Teaching children and adults all about food is a very rewarding experience.

We thanked you then and we remain humble that it was such a happy time for our budding chefs we will never forget any of you. ❤️💪🏼We hope you are well and happy 😊 and still cooking for joy maybe even as a job! Big love Michaela X

Please note Little Apples Cooking Academy has not been operational since 2020 when Covid 19 sadly stopped us all from operating in our normal manner. We have since ceased these sessions due to lack of suitable venues and staffing that allow us to adhere to Covid 19 regulations and give us the facilities we require to keep our chefs safe. For the time being we only deliver sessions in schools where we have the correct facilities to keep our chefs safe. We hope to one day return to running sessions of a weekend in purpose built food tech rooms delivered by our professional team again. At the present time sadly we are only operating in school bubbles.

Rising cases of Covid 19 and social distancing rules have made it impossible for us to offer classes for children of all different schools to come together we would have no control of Covid 19 isolation issues and it would affect too many families.

We hope that in September 2021 we can return to offering our Saturday courses for Chefs 7-9 Years and 10-12 Years these will be advertised on our websites and places will through our website too. www.chefdepartyinfo.co.uk

Wishing all our budding chefs and their families some of which we haven’t been able to see since March since the first lockdown when we closed our Saturday cooking Academies. It’s been such a different time for everyone in schools; our team have worked really hard to still bring some joy to the art of cooking for our chefs in schools. Seeing those little faces light up is always worth every minute of teaching. Happy Christmas everyone let’s revel in our last week in school. We love teaching you!

We are now actively seeking additional space/venues which will enable us to hold safe workshops, allow our budding chefs to continue their learning journey safely following government guidelines. We need a large ULTRA CLEAN space with tables, a kitchen to use for prep (for teachers) and plenty of hand-washing basins available. Know anywhere? Please get in touch...
