The whole school came together this afternoon to celebrate another fantastic year at Cromer Academy. The sports video presented by Mr Nicholson captured the enjoyment and fun had by pupils and staff throughout the year!

Congratulations to our new prefects who were presented with their prefect ties, pupils who were awarded School Value Awards and attendance awards.

Well done to House Sadler for winning the Spirit Cup for the Summer Games, and to House Shipp, overall winners of our House Cup for 2026. You absolutely smashed it this year, well deserved! 🏆

📖Cromer Carnival- Literacy Festival 📖

Come and join us at our first annual Cromer Academy Literary Festival @ Cromer Carnival, 10am-1pm on Tuesday 18th August in the Hospitality tent.

Entry to the carnival field is free for children with a small charge for adults. As this is Cromer carnival family day, in addition to our festival, there will be lots of other activities for your family to enjoy.

At our festival, we will be celebrating reading and the exciting creative writing of local young people.

Our annual Summer Games 2026 proved to be another outstanding success, bringing together pupils and staff for a day filled with fun, competition and house spirit.
Throughout the day, pupils took part in a wide variety of activities, including traditional games, quizzes, athletics events, football, dodgeball and board games.

Adding to the excitement was the competition for the coveted Spirit Cup. Pupils fully embraced the occasion by wearing their house colours with pride and decorating themselves with face paint, waving flags, creating a vibrant and colourful atmosphere across the school.

Congratulations to House Blogg who were crowned the overall winners of the Summer Games 2026.

A huge thank you goes to all pupils and staff whose energy, participation and support made the day such a success.
Thank you to the PE dept for organising such a memorable event.

Our annual Inter-House Challenge was once again a huge success, bringing the whole school together for an afternoon of fun and friendly competition.

The atmosphere was electric as the entire school gathered to watch, cheer on their teams and enjoy the spectacle.

After a closely fought contest, House Davies emerged as the overall winners, earning both the bragging rights and the opportunity to choose a member of staff to be soaked as a consequence. The pupils were unanimous in their decision, selecting Mr Jones, who took the soaking in great spirits and provided a memorable finale to the event.
The event was a fantastic demonstration of house spirit, enthusiasm and community.
