Crystel Coaching Helping women 40+ navigate menopause with confidence, clarity and support. Coaching for energy, mindset, lifestyle and wellbeing during midlife.

Feel like yourself again. My name is Sherri Crystel, founder of Nutribody. For the past two decades, health and fitness have been a passion of mine, which has had a positive impact on my life, as to the way I look and feel and continues to do so to this day. At High School, I loved sports and excelled on and off the track and was selected for the athletics team. I enjoyed the thrill and buzz that came from competing. From leaving school I began a modelling career which allowed me to travel and see the world, eventually settling in Cyprus which became home for the next four years. I continued modelling though, at times I felt pressured about maintaining a low weight and I became obsessive about how I looked. It got to the point where I would force myself to vomit and as a result, my health started to suffer. I didnโ€™t have the energy to exercise and became very depressed and wouldnโ€™t go out. I eventually arrived back in the UK and fortunately got the help I needed before it became too serious. After many counselling sessions, I went on to make a full recovery. It's not surprising that in todayโ€™s world particularly for young people, who often develop an inferiority complex, as we are bombarded with 1000s of images of what is perceived as the perfect image! From my personal experience, I found taking care of myself through exercise and good nutrition helped me in developing a healthy self-image, as not only my body was toned and healthy, though equally, my mental health was in good shape too, exercising naturally releases endorphins and other neurotransmitters. Sherri Crystel | Shawn Ray from my bout of illness I was keener than ever to fully restore my health and was now back on track and joined a gym. I was introduced to weight training and soon developed a passion, the results were fantastic, to say the least. My passion was further fulled after a photoshoot with Shawn Ray, who at the time was a world-class bodybuilder. He encouraged me to go full steam ahead, and train like my life depended on it! Some years later after having my first child, I put on a lot of weight and had completely lost interest in exercising, as I was suffering from post-natal depression. Having a baby was the best thing ever, though, because of my illness, I had no interest whats so ever to exercise, as I had all on just to focus on being a Mother. I ate whatever I wanted, which looking back, was for comfort. The weight continued to pile on and I became increasingly unhappy and more depressed. Several months passed by, reluctantly, I started to take medication as I knew I needed help. Within a few weeks, I started to feel better. After much contemplation, I decided to become a member of my local gym, though I felt very uneasy as I wasnโ€™t feeling my most confident, to say the least though, from some gentle encouragement from my family, I took the first step. I was given a training program to follow and as the weeks passed, I started to see results. I felt more positive, I looked and felt great, back to how I used to feel! I eventually came to a point where I started to plateau; felt bored with the gym and started to lose interest. I spoke to a personal trainer and asked for some help to take my training to the next level. I started working with him two to three times a week. โ€“ the results were amazing and I realised that having someone to push and challenge me beyond what I thought was possible was the key, though more importantly, someone to who I was accountable! It was at this point that I wanted a challenge and to push myself further than ever before. With much trepidation, I entered the Miss Figure UK competition. I was terrified at the thought, though, as Dc Norman Vincent Peale says;

โ€œWhat the mind can conceive and believe it will achieve"! I trained like never before, it became my life, focused concentrated effort and a very strict eating regime. I looked and felt amazing and was shocked as to how far I had come. My trainer pushed me to the very brink, Iโ€™m so glad he did. I placed second in my first heat, qualifying me for the British final no less, where I placed fourth place respectively. What a feeling, โ€“Teamwork, hard work but oh so worth it. I would contribute a large part to my success and mental preparation before competing in the many self-development courses I have attended over the years. The most recent with the infamous Tony Robbins โ€“ Tony has changed the lives of millions of people, considered the father of the life coaching industry

Tony Robbins reaches millions of people through his best selling books, audio products, public speaking engagements and live appearances. On one particular occasion, I was challenged to a firewalk -2000c no less- wow! Incredible and I still have both feet!.. and went back the following year to do it all again! It was at this seminar that I was inspired to become a personal trainer. Tony recommended that I study the best people in my chosen industry and aim high! Thatโ€™s exactly what I did and in 2009 Nutribody was established. And the rest is history, as they say! From the outset, it has always been my intention to provide a private training studio as I felt and knew they were people who felt like I did when I first joined a public gym! I was embarrassed and felt everyone was looking at me and imagined everyone to be super-fit! NOT everyone was super-fit as I had imagined, though many individuals will avoid at all costs exercising in public, regardless. Hence, why I created Nutribody, not only for those who enjoy privacy but equally for those who appreciate an environment that is sole โ€œtheir timeโ€ not having to wait for someone to finish on a piece of equipment or distracting TV's etc! But, more importantly, who can see results from their hard work. And as I explain to potential clients: A gym membership is a cost (particularly for the vast majority who donโ€™t attend) versus an investment with a bespoke training program, with private one to one training sessions. Should you decide to become one of my clients, I welcome you with open arms and look forward to helping you achieve your true potential. Call and make that all-important first step, youโ€™ll be glad you did, your life might just depend on it! Though it has to be said: Potential minus commitment equals nothing! Iโ€™m with you every step of the way because I care. Teamwork makes the dream work โ€“ Becoming healthy, fit and re-vitalised. Best of health,

Sherri Crystel

Ladies over 40โ€ฆ are you training hard but still not seeing the results you want? ๐Ÿ‘€

You're putting in the effort.

You're trying to eat well, exercise consistently, and do all the right things.

But somehow, the results don't seem to match the work you're putting in.

And your first thought might be to eat less, exercise more or start another diet.

But what if you need a different approach, not simply more effort?

During perimenopause and menopause, changes in sleep, recovery, appetite and body composition can make managing your health feel more complicated.

That doesn't mean your body is broken, or that you need to push yourself harder.

At the TFY Method, we look at the bigger picture:

โœจ Nutrition that supports your goals, without unnecessary food rules.

๐Ÿ’ช Strength training that builds capability, not just burns calories.

โค๏ธ Sustainable habits that fit your life, because your health programme should work around you, not take over your life.

You don't need another quick fix.

You deserve to understand your body and find an approach that works for your individual needs.

Ready to stop guessing and start taking a more informed approach?

Follow Crystel Coaching to discover how the TFY Method can help you navigate midlife with greater understanding and confidence.๐Ÿ‘‡

Youโ€™ve spent years looking after everyone else. โค๏ธ

Your family, your career, your responsibilities. Making sure everyone is alright, often putting your own needs somewhere near the bottom of the list.

And perhaps somewhere along the way, particularly as youโ€™ve entered perimenopause or menopause, youโ€™ve started to feel a little less like yourself.

Your energy has changed. Your body feels different. The things that used to work donโ€™t seem to work quite the same way anymore.

And it can be frustrating when youโ€™re used to being the woman who can handle just about anything.

But hereโ€™s something I want you to rememberโ€ฆ

You matter, too.

Looking after your health isnโ€™t selfish. It isnโ€™t vanity. And it certainly isnโ€™t about trying to turn back the clock.

Itโ€™s about understanding your changing body, finding ways to feel stronger and more energised, and giving yourself the same care and attention youโ€™ve given to everyone else.

Because you deserve to enjoy this chapter of your life, too.

To feel confident in yourself. To have the strength to do the things you love. To make memories with the people who mean the most to you.

And to look ahead to the years to come with hope, not frustration.

Thatโ€™s at the heart of the TFY Method. Not another restrictive diet or a list of things you should be doing, but a more personalised, sustainable approach to nutrition, strength and wellbeing that works with your body and your real life.

You donโ€™t have to change everything overnight. Sometimes, it starts with one small decision to put yourself back on the list.

As you begin your perimenopause journey, or navigate the changes that come with this new chapter, what do you want to start prioritising for YOU?

Is it your energy, your strength, your sleep, your confidence, your relationship with food, or simply making more time for yourself? Tell me in the comments..

I'd love to hear what's important to you right now. There's no right or wrong answer, and sometimes just recognising what you need is the first step.

How Claire Lost 17 lb in 12 Weeks ๐Ÿ’š

Claireโ€™s journey wasnโ€™t about doing more cardio or following another restrictive diet. It was about finding a personalised approach that worked for her.

When she joined the TFY Method, we focused on building sustainable habits around her nutrition, strength training, movement and lifestyle.

Hereโ€™s what her personalised plan included:

๐Ÿฅ— NUTRITION WITH PURPOSE
Her carbohydrate intake was adjusted from around 100g to a maximum of 50g daily, alongside a minimum of 100g protein across two meals. She swapped apples and bananas for berries and increased healthy fats to support fullness.

โฐ STRUCTURED EATING WINDOWS
From week six, Claire gradually extended her overnight fasting window, introducing changes progressively rather than jumping into extreme fasting.

๐Ÿ’ง HYDRATION & SUPPLEMENTS
Her routine included around 2 litres of water daily, electrolytes where appropriate, magnesium and essential fatty acids as part of her individual plan.

๐Ÿ’ช STRENGTH & MOVEMENT
Two home workouts each week using dumbbells and a Pilates bar, alongside a daily target of at least 7,000 steps.

๐Ÿ“ฑ PERSONAL COACHING
Using the Crystal Coaching app, Claire tracked her progress and daily habits with ongoing coaching support and accountability.

THE RESULT?

โœจ 17 lb lost in 12 weeks.

Claire also shared:

โ€œI am honestly feeling so much less bloated and lighter!! Such a simple change!!โ€ ๐Ÿ’š

Her journey shows how personalised nutrition, consistent habits and ongoing support can work together.

But here's the important part: the TFY Method isn't about giving every woman the same plan. Carbohydrate targets, fasting and supplements need to suit individual needs and health circumstances.

Perimenopause and menopause can bring changes that make your old routine feel less effective. That doesn't mean you've failed.

You may not need to try harder. You may need to understand what your body needs now.

You don't necessarily need a completely different body. You may need a different approach.

Claire's Turning Point Wasn't What You'd Expect. ๐Ÿ’š

Claire, you should be SO proud of yourself ๐Ÿฅน Seeing the difference you've made through your journey with the TFY Method is something truly worth celebrating. You've worked towards the results you've wanted for so long, and I'm absolutely delighted for you.

Because this journey is about so much more than numbers on a scale. It's about understanding your body, finding the best approach that works for you, and rebuilding the confidence to feel good about yourself again.

And this is something I want every woman navigating perimenopause or menopause to understand. โค๏ธ

If the things that used to work for you no longer seem to be working in quite the same way, please don't automatically assume you've failed. Your body and your needs can change, but that doesn't mean you have to give up on yourself.

Yes, your body may change. But your best years don't have to be behind you.

There's still so much life to live, beautiful memories to make with your loved ones, holidays to enjoy, gorgeous dresses to wear, and special occasions to feel fabulous at. And if you want to wear that bikini and feel confident enjoying the sunshine, menopause doesn't mean you have to give up on that dream.

The TFY Method helps you nourish your body, build strength, and develop a positive mindset, so you can feel more confident, embrace midlife and enjoy all the amazing life still ahead of youโœจ

And if you're in perimenopause or menopause and feel as though you've tried everything without finding what works for you, perhaps it's time to explore a different approach.

You don't need another restrictive diet. You deserve support that considers YOU, your goals, and the life you want to enjoy.

One of the concerns I hear around strength training is the fear of becoming bulky.

Getting stronger and getting bigger aren't the same thing. And if you're navigating perimenopause, it's worth understanding the difference.

But here's the thing: strength isn't determined by muscle size alone.

Your nervous system, technique, coordination, and training experience all influence how strong you become. You can make meaningful strength gains without a dramatic increase in muscle size.

And during perimenopause, strength training has a purpose that goes far beyond appearance.

Maintaining and building muscle can help support physical function, while resistance training also plays an important role in supporting bone health as we age.

Of course, muscle growth can be a positive outcome of training, too. The important thing is understanding your own goals rather than following a generic plan.

Your training, nutrition and recovery all need to work together.

That means challenging your muscles appropriately, eating enough to support your needs, including protein in your diet and allowing your body time to recover.

After more than 20 years in health and fitness, I'm passionate about helping women understand the why behind what they're doing rather than simply handing them another set of rules to follow.

That's what the TFY Method is about.

Forever Strong. Forever Fuel. Forever Mindset.

A personalised, science-informed approach to helping you build strength, support your health and create habits that fit your life.

Because your goal doesn't have to be a smaller body at any cost.

It can be a stronger, healthier and more capable you.

How many women who are in perimenopause have heard those words and simply accepted them?

I want you to know something. โค๏ธ

Yes, menopause brings changes. And yes, sometimes our bodies don't respond in the same way they used to.

But that doesn't mean you have to accept feeling less energetic, less confident, or as though you simply have to put up with everything and get on with life.

There is so much more to this stage of life than just accepting things as they are.

Sometimes, what we need isn't another diet, another workout plan or another attempt to try harder. We need to understand what's changing and find an approach that works for our bodies and our lives now.

And Claire is such a wonderful example of why I believe this.

She refused to accept that โ€œthat's just menopauseโ€ was the end of the conversation. She wanted to understand what was happening and find a better way forward.

I'm incredibly proud of the progress she's made through the TFY Method. And when Claire says she feels she's proof of what the programme can do, that really means something to me.

Because this is exactly why I do what I do. I want women to know that there's still so much life, strength, confidence and possibility in the years ahead.

You don't have to give up on yourself just because your body is changing.

And if you're in perimenopause or menopause, wondering whether things really can improve for you, please don't automatically assume that what you're experiencing now is as good as it gets.

There is another way to approach your health, and the right starting point is understanding what YOU need.

If this sounds like you, feel free to send me a DM with "READY", and let's figure out what approach might work best for you.

You never know. You could be the next woman sharing her story and showing other women what's possible with the TFY Method. โค๏ธ

And follow along for more honest conversations, practical advice, and support for navigating midlife.

12/10/2026

You know whatโ€™s interesting? Sometimes, the hardest part isn't starting something new. It's finding the courage to try again when you've already tried so many things before. ๐Ÿ’š

And that's exactly what makes Claire's story worth listening to.

Like many women navigating this stage of life, you might find yourself wondering why your body doesn't seem to respond the way it used to.

The things you've always done suddenly feel less effective, and you're left trying to work out what you should be doing differently.

Do you try another diet? Exercise more? Cut back a little further?

Or could there be another way?

Claire decided to give TFY a chance, and what stood out to her was how quickly she began noticing results. But it wasn't just about following another programme. She also valued the education, the support, the accountability, and being part of a community that understood her journey.

Because when you're going through perimenopause or menopause, understanding what's happening in your body can make such a difference to how you approach your health and wellbeing.

You don't need another reason to feel frustrated with yourself. You deserve to understand your body, feel supported, and discover habits that fit your life.

And if you're struggling to understand your body right now, unsure where to start, or wondering which approach might work best for YOU, send me a DM with READY.

Let's talk about what you're experiencing and explore an approach tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and goals.

You don't have to have all the answers before you reach out.

If Claire's story reminds you that there might be another way, perhaps it's time to explore what that could look like for you, too. ๐Ÿ’š

Follow me for more honest conversations, practical menopause guidance, and encouragement to help you feel more confident in this stage of life.
