Pastoral care and strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do. As our staff put the finishing touches on our learning spaces today, every detail is designed to encourage communication, kindness, and collaboration from day one.

With just two days to go until the start of the Autumn Term, our classrooms are warm, welcoming, and ready for bright minds and big ideas.

We look forward to seeing all our returning pupils and welcoming our new families on Thursday morning.

ONE WEEK TO GO

Behind closed doors, our teachers have been hard at work transforming learning spaces, curating reading corners, and setting up inspiring displays for the term ahead.

In just seven days, these classrooms will be filled with energy, curiosity, and bright ideas as we welcome our pupils back on Thursday, September 3rd.

As we prepare to open the gates, here are three ways to help your child prepare this week:

The Routine Reset
Gradually shift bedtimes and morning wake-ups by 15 minutes each day to make next Thursday's departure feel effortless.

The Uniform and Kit Check
Run through a final try-on session for blazers, polished shoes, and Forest School gear. Please ensure every item, including water bottles and pencil cases, is clearly named.

Focus on the Excitement
Take time to chat through the term ahead. Whether it is discovering new books, meeting their form tutor, or seeing friends, focus on what they are most looking forward to.

We cannot wait to welcome our returning families and new pupils back next week.

Art plays a vital role in education, giving pupils the space to experiment, focus, and express themselves beyond the written page. Working with tactile mediums like clay allows children to refine fine motor skills, practice patience, and turn raw ideas into tangible creations.

By encouraging hands-on exploration, we help pupils build self-confidence and creative problem-solving skills in an open, pressure-free environment.

Big imaginations starting small! ⏳✨

Sensory play is at the heart of early development in our Nursery! Scooping, moulding, and building with kinetic sand helps our littlest learners develop fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and hand-eye coordination.

Guided by our staff, children get to explore texture, test ideas, and learn through open-ended play in a warm, supportive environment.
