**STOP believing these fitness myths 💪**

Consistency is the magic word for exercise. ✨

Not motivation.
Not the “perfect” workout.
Not even intensity.

It’s consistency!

You don’t need to crush every session.
You don’t need to feel inspired every day.
You just need to show up.

Because:

• Small workouts done regularly beat one intense workout once a week
• Progress compounds over time
• Habits > hype
• Your body rewards repetition

Think about it like brushing your teeth.
You don’t brush for 2 hours on Sunday and skip the rest of the week.

Fitness works the same way.

Show up.
