A super day on Saturday at a local school fete. Children learned how to use a Bowsaw and decorated a wooden disc to take home.

Good morning lovers of nature πβ€οΈπ
I am doing a sponsored walk for SU2C in aid of cancer research. Here is my fundraising page. Every penny funds life saving research. If you would like to and are able to donate a few pennies to Stand Up 2 Cancer this year I would be very grateful. Have a lovely Monday β€οΈ

A super term at the school although a very muddy one with all the rain we have had!!
Here are a few photos of what we've been up to.
The children have loved designing signs for their Forest School areas, learning how to use a bowsaw, palm drill and screwdriver to build and create. They've enjoyed learning how to light a fire with a flint and steel and enhance the environment by planting new trees, vegetables and Strawberries. They have built dens, learned about endangered animals in the UK and practiced their problem solving skills. It has been a fantastic term! Happy Easter!

Such a fabulous time with the Fledglings today! So much wonderful child-led play, witches on broomsticks, casting spells, cooking meatballs, rolly polly's down the hill, singing 'The Grand Ole Duke of York' and stomping up and down the hill holding hands, painting with conkers, moulding clay into hedgehogs, learning hedgehog facts, and an epic game of hide and seek! So many giggles and smiles, fills my heart with so much joy! Thank you Fledglings!! πβ€οΈπ³π
