Get your children fed by 8.30am so they're ready to burn off some energy at 9am with The Body Coach 🏃‍♀️👩‍🦽🏃‍♂️👨‍🦽

Getting excercise and fresh air early in the day is great for their health, and gives you a better chance of positive behaviour for the rest of the morning 😉
