I am offering HALF price Pilates classes within the week, EVERY week. The purpose of this is to conduct a class that will be recorded to be used for business purposes.

The Pilates class will run as any other class and will be taught exactly the same. The only differences are there’s a camera and it’s cheaper!

NEW TIMETABLE✨

Can you believe it, it’s more changes!
Due to the lack of interest in the elevated mat day classes, I have taken the opportunity to create classes for recorded sessions to be used for business purposes.

I am looking to set up access for online classes for paying customers and want them to have the real experience. Therefore; the recorded sessions will be used for these purposes.

Due to this, the classes are half price for anyone who is happy and willing to attend for recording purposes. A consent form will need to be signed
This class is accessible to members, however, even with the price reduction, it would use one of your class credits.

An earlier Mat class has also been added on Thursday evenings for those who want to get home that little bit faster✨

I’ve been teaching swimming for the past 14 years and started my Pilates journey post knee replacement 2 & half years ago.
So anyone can do this 🙌

I’ve recently qualified in Level 3 Mat Pilates and Reformer and working towards my Level 4 Mat Qualification.

I’m a Mum of 2 teenage humans and 1 crazy dog!
