What makes coaching so useful during on-site fibre optic training?

Fibre work is highly practical, and the smallest details can affect the quality of the final result. From preparing cables and cleaning connectors to handling fibre correctly, setting up test equipment and interpreting OTDR traces, many of these skills are best developed through observation, practice and immediate feedback.
