After months of writing, editing, learning, and quietly working behind the scenes… today is the day.

My book The 3-Day Rule is now available on Amazon. 📖

This project was inspired by a challenging chapter of my life, when everything once felt overwhelming and difficult to face all at once.

The idea was simple — just take life three days at a time.

Three days to breathe.
Three days to reset.
Three days to keep moving forward.

What began as a small personal tool slowly grew into something much bigger — something I now hope might help others who are walking through difficult seasons of their own.

Holding the finished book in my hands has been one of the most surreal and emotional moments of my life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and believed in my words along the way.

✨ The countdown begins… ✨

It’s a strange and exciting feeling knowing that in just a couple of days something I’ve quietly been working on for months will finally be out in the world.

For so long this was just an idea, a notebook… and then back in August last year it turned into late nights and long days writing away.

Now it’s about to become a real book.

Seeing the final cover, holding the first copy, and knowing it will soon be available still feels a little surreal.

On Monday, March 16th, The 3-Day Rule will officially be available on Amazon.

Thank you to everyone who has followed this journey so far — your encouragement has meant more than you probably realise.

We’re The Anglesey Overture Project, an adult musical theatre group for anybody aged 16+. We are dedicated to bringing unforgettable performances and unforgettable fun to our audiences. No matter your experience level, whether you’ve performed professionally or just love belting out show tunes in the shower, there’s a place for you here.
