Our aim is to empower children with their writing, providing them with an inspiring and positive space where they can let their imaginations run wild! We begin each class with collaborative writing games and challenges. Our aim is to make writing as fun and as accessible as possible to broaden each child's vocabulary, boost confidence and nurture wonderful imaginations! Each week, we will focus on
a different theme and skill where the children will have an opportunity to begin a big piece of writing during the class. There is no pressure to rush this writing as this can be completed at home and submitted via email a few days later for feedback. Feedback is always personalised to the individual and will link with the appropriate National Curriculum expectations to enable progress. This class is different to writing in a school environment as we remove the pressure and understand that each child's learning style is unique. If your learner enjoys writing under a table, using pink sparkly pens.... they are free to do this in The Little Writers Club! As an alternative to a tutor, we offer an affordable, fun, regular outlet to overcome barriers to writing and boost self-esteem.
