Today we had the privilege of joining the Little Gardeners club and my goodness did this session exceed all of our expectations.

From the setting, to the veiws, the calming environment and the people

The engaging activities, to the warmest of welcomes and the kindest staff I've ever known.

The little Woodlanders enjoyed exploring every activity, every nook and cranny , they were polite and definitely curious , they asked questions, used their listening ears, and chatted about it the whole way home...

We will most definitely be back... to see what another week of being a Little Gardener brings.

My incredible Lissy has created a wonderful memory video .. capturing some of the most gorgeous moments of the last 12 months as a woodlander.. we shared this with all of our families during Sports day today.. we hope you enjoy looking back on these moments for many years to come xx

After such a huge intrest of the low flying aeroplanes yesterday at Tatton Park, we decided to follow this curiosity by visiting Manchester Runway Visitors Park to see them taking off and landing. Wowsers we had such great veiws ✈️🌏 🌞
The amount of learning and excitement created this week already 🤯✈️😀
Lots of our little Woodlanders are heading off on their family holiday soon, so creating these learning opportunities are essential in all areas of their development 😀 😊 🌏

The most beautiful day at Tatton Park searching for all of the Mr Men and Little Miss characters and their hidden easter eggs...🐰🐣

We spent hours in the gardens exploring, finishing off with a test of our physical skills on the playground, ice lollies to cool us down with a veiw of the huge ferris wheel.. 🌼🌸🌞🌻

We even spotted 22 low flying aeroplanes ✈️ super exciting learning day in the sunshine 🌞

🖤💛❤️ Another year.. another Woodlander flys the nest🖤💛❤️
Our Disney loving, Mickey mouse enthusiast, Yellow obsessed little Super Star 🌟
From 5 months old to 4.5 years old.. Our little Del has grown into the most confident, smiley and happy School ready child. I'm so super Proud of you. My last original Woodlander to head off to his next chapter ... He's been here from the very beginning... and I can safely say, I feel like I'm giving our surrogate son back 😩
Our hearts are so full with love and sadness that you'll no longer be waiting for us at the gates each morning... but I know you are more than ready for this next chapter of school life ..

We laughed , clapped and cheered you all on..
A special thanks to the Daddy's of Sports Day for the hilarious after party entertainment for our little ones... competitors ready 😂

Spring has most definitely sprung today at Woodlands Childcare 🌱🌸🌼🌻🌷🐝🐞
And what better way to spend a day in the sunshine and garden then, creating a life sized Ball run...
Planting and watering our colourful flowers. 🌼 🌸 🌻 🌹 🏵 🌼 🌸
Chopping and preparing our fruit and vegetables .. ready for cooking in our Mud Kitchen 🥕🍏🥘🍲
Finished off with being super creative , whilst naming the Minibeasts we spotted when digging in the soil 🪲🐞🐛🖍
