A huge thank you and well done to Mr Craig Swift on leading & achieving the White Rose Education Champion School Award! 🌟
This was achieved through supporting White Rose in developing the SEND maths curriculum and having a real desire and drive to make sure this would be right for our pupils! 👏

4LP & 6KO had a fantastic time at Our Space!

They had lots of fun making the most of the fantastic outdoor activities on offer. They also enjoyed working together indoors, using a variety of building blocks to create and construct.

A brilliant time full of teamwork, creativity and fun!

4LC Travel Training! 🚆

What a fantastic morning! 4LC travelled by train to Nantwich, comparing it with Crewe and spotting lots of similarities and differences — churches, markets, libraries, police stations and more! 🏘️

We practised using zebra crossings, enjoyed a snack at the Market Hall Café ☕🥐 and, most importantly, bought our own — fantastic independence! 👏

A huge thank you to the amazing railway staff for being so patient and supportive, giving our students time to pay for and scan their own tickets and helping us board safely. 💙

Well done, 4LC! 🌟🚆

What a fantastic day 6LO had at Safety Central in Lymm!

A huge thank you to Claire, Angela and Janet, who really looked after us throughout the day and made the experience so enjoyable. Our students took part in a range of interactive activities and learned valuable life skills in a fun and engaging way.

We explored anti-social behaviour and its consequences, the role of the police and how courtrooms work, fire safety, water safety, staying safe around electricity and basic first aid skills.

The hands-on activities helped bring learning to life, and everyone showed great enthusiasm, participation and maturity throughout the day. We learned so much while having lots of fun!

Well done, 6LO. You were a credit to the school!

🚌💙 What a fantastic adventure for 4LC! 💙🚌
Yesterday was a very exciting day as 4LC took their first public bus into Crewe! 🎉

The children did brilliantly, building their confidence and independence as they practised travelling safely in the community. 🚌👏

Once in Crewe, we visited the library, where the children learned how to choose a book and take it out using their library card. 📚😊

After all that hard work, we enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Lifestyle Centre before catching the bus back to school. 🥪🍎

We are incredibly proud of 4LC and all they achieved! 🌟💙

Community Inclusion in 4LC! 🌟

This week, 4LC have been exploring our local community in Crewe, visiting landmarks such as the War Memorial, Crewe Market Hall and Lyceum Theatre.

We also visited a café, where we practised choosing items, using money and paying for our purchases.

We have been developing our road safety skills, learning to STOP, LOOK, LISTEN, LOOK AGAIN and CROSS safely.

A fantastic afternoon!
