Your family are learning who you are from what you repeatedly do, not what you occasionally say.

Your partner sees how you lead, how you handle pressure, whether you keep your word, how you take care of yourself and whether your values actually match your behaviour.

Your kids are watching all of it too.

They’re learning what discipline looks like.

What ambition looks like.

What love looks like.

What integrity looks like.

What being a man looks like.

That realisation changed the way I live.

Because I don’t want to spend my life telling them how to live.

I want them to watch me do it.

Your standards don’t stop with you.

They become part of the standard your family grows up around.

Become the man they’re proud to follow.

Build the man. Build the body. Build the business. šŸ›”ļø

There was never a ā€œright timeā€ for me to change my life.

For years I told myself there was.

I just needed life to calm down.

More money.

Less stress.

Sort everything else first.

A clearer head.

The right moment.

All my ducks in a row šŸ¦†šŸ„

Bu****it.

The truth was I was still more committed to the life I HAD than the life I SAID I wanted.

Everything changed when I stopped waiting to feel ready and made a decision that I wasn’t willing to be that man anymore.

Your circumstances don’t have to be perfect.

You just have to finally decide that staying the same is no longer acceptable.

The right time isn’t coming.

The decision is yours.

If you know there’s another version of you waiting to be built, DM me ASCEND. šŸ›”ļø

There are versions of me from my past that I’m deeply ashamed of.

I’ve lied, hurt people, been angry, aggressive and selfish.

I blamed other people for problems I was creating myself, lived in victim mode, self-sabotaged, fought, abused drugs and alcohol and chased validation, dopamine and anything else that allowed me to escape from the man staring back at me in the mirror.

If I’m completely truthful, there were periods of my life where I simply wasn’t a good man.

I’m not going to rewrite history just because my life looks different today.

I had to become a man I was disgusted with to become a man I respect.

Every mistake, consequence and rock bottom taught me something.

The lies taught me the value of truth.

Addiction taught me the value of discipline.

Failure taught me responsibility.

Hurting people taught me integrity.

Slowly, painfully, I rebuilt the man.

Today I can look in the mirror and be proud of who’s looking back.

Not because I’m perfect far fu***ng from it but because I know what I stand for now.

I’m honest. I have integrity. I take responsibility & ownership for my life.

I look after my body, build businesses, lead people, and I’m a better partner, a better dad and above all, a better man.

I wouldn’t erase my past, even though at times I wish I could, especially the parts that hurt people I love.

Because without that man, this man doesn’t exist.

The only thing I wish I’d done differently is find God, good men and great mentors sooner.

I spent years trying to figure everything out alone when someone further down the road could have helped me sharpen up far quicker and that’s a huge part of why I do what I do today.

I’m not interested in simply helping men make more money, that’s the easy part once you fixed the man.

I want to help them become the man capable of building the body, business, relationships and life they know they’re capable of.

I want to lead them, give them a brotherhood to feel part of and standards to live by because when you build the man, everything else starts to follow.

Build the man. Build the body. Build the business.

DM me the word ASCEND if you feel ready to join us šŸ›”ļø

You don’t have a time problem…

You have an attention problem.

And if you’re an ambitious business owner with ADHD, that distinction could completely change the way you operate.

You can have the best strategy in the world.

The best offer.
A great team.
Money in the bank.
Massive fu***ng goals.

But if everybody has access to you, everything feels urgent and every thought your brain produces becomes another task…

you’ll spend your entire life being busy without ever becoming truly effective.

That’s the trap.

You’re not lazy.

You’re probably the complete fu***ng opposite.

You work hard.

But hard work with fragmented attention creates exhaustion, not exceptional performance.

The elite operator learns to protect his focus.

He doesn’t answer everything immediately or pursue every idea.

He doesn’t allow everybody else’s priorities to become his own, he decides what matters.

He has the discipline to ignore almost everything that doesn’t.

ADHD isn’t an excuse for your chaos.

But you DO need to understand the brain you’re operating with and build systems around it.

Because becoming a 1% operator isn’t about squeezing more work into your day.

It’s about becoming incredibly fu***ng difficult to distract from what matters.

Build the man.
Build the body.
Build the business.

If you’re an ambitious business owner who knows you’re capable of operating at another level, DM me ā€œASCENDā€. šŸ›”ļø

The second another man is stronger, leaner, richer, more successful or doing something they wish they could do themselves…

There HAS to be an explanation.

He’s on steroids.
Daddy gave him the money.
His car’s financed.
He’s lucky.
He’s got good genetics.
His business isn’t really doing that well.

Because apparently just saying

ā€œFair fu***ng play mate. You’ve done well.ā€

has become incredibly difficult.

And yes before Barry starts investigating I use TRT (that’s 250mg right lads?), HGH 2IU and Reta, Reta is the GOAT.

I’ve never hidden it.

What always makes me laugh…

If injecting testosterone automatically gives you my body, why doesn’t everyone who takes testosterone look like me? šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø

Turns out you still have to fu***ng train, eat right, sleep, hydrate, limit alcohol and so on.

AND while we’re discussing injecting things into ourselves…

A woman can spend Ā£10,000 having silicone put into her t**s and society says…

ā€œYou go girl. šŸ‘šŸ¼ā€

A bloke takes a naturally occurring hormone and suddenly Dave from Facebook has become an endocrinologist. šŸ˜‚

And before THAT starts another war…

My fiancƩe has enhanced hers.

I’m an enormous supporter of the fake b***s.

Outstanding investment.

Would 100% recommend. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļøšŸ˜‚

But that’s actually my point.

Do whatever the f**k you want with your own body.

I’m far more interested in why another person’s success triggers you enough that you need to diminish it.

Because strong men don’t become stronger by pulling other men down.

We celebrate each other, we learn from each other, we raise the standard for each other AND WE DON’T JUDGE.

If another man’s physique, business, relationship or life makes you uncomfortable…

Don’t throw stones at him, ask yourself why?

Then it as evidence of what’s possible, stop being a fu***ng wet wipe and get back to fu***ng work, or trust me you’re not going to be touching any b***s as I’ve never met a would who finds and insecure judgemental man even borderline attractive…

However, a strong, focused man on a mission, who takes pride in his appearance, stays in his lane and has high standards across all areas of life? šŸ’¦šŸ’¦šŸ’¦

If you keep blaming ADHD this will trigger you…

You’re not burnt out because you’re not good enough….

You’re burnt out because you keep trying to operate at an elite level without elite systems.

You’re unfit, overweight, filling your body with s**t every day, not hydrating or stretch and I’m guessing your sleep routine is all over the place.

Glued to the your phone & always available.

Sound family?

If you’re an ambitious business owner and have ADHD, this cycle can become your fu***ng normal.

and you’ll always end up blaming ā€˜ā€™you’re ADHD’’

That’s fu***ng bulls**t and you know it.

The real issues are…

Say yes to everything.

Take on too much.

Work like a lunatic.

Neglect yourself.

Fill your body with crap & don’t train

Crash.

Feel guilty for crashing.

Recover just enough to go again.

And repeat.

The dangerous part?

You can still be successful whilst living like this.

You can make money.

Build a business.

Employ people.

Provide for your family.

Look successful from the outside…

While privately knowing you’re operating at a fraction of what you’re capable of.

That’s the man I work with.

Not someone looking for ADHD to become another excuse for why life is difficult.

The ambitious man who knows he has another level in him but also knows that working harder isn’t going to unlock it.

Because becoming a 1% operator isn’t about squeezing another three hours out of your day.

It’s learning to control your attention.

Protect your energy.

Keep your word to yourself.

Finish what you start.

Build structure around the way your brain actually works.

And become consistent enough that your business no longer depends on which version of you wakes up tomorrow.

Your ADHD doesn’t disqualify you from becoming elite, I know this because I live it.

But eventually, you have to stop allowing it to dictate how you operate.

Build the systems.

Raise the standards.

Become the man capable of carrying the life and business you say you want.

That’s Ascension.

If you’re a driven business owner and you know you’re capable of operating at another level, DM me ASCEND. šŸ›”ļø

He didn’t believe anyone would pay him Ā£997.

For years, he’d been a PT charging around Ā£50 an hour.

He knew he was good at what he did and SO DID I

What he didn’t fully understand was his own value.

When we started building his online coaching business, nothing happened immediately, it took time & persistence.

8 weeks.

No sales.

But he kept showing up.

Kept creating content.

Kept having conversations.

Kept doing the work.

But most importantly he didn’t panic and quit when the results hadn’t arrived yet and it got tough.

That’s the power of your weekly one-to-one calls with me PERSONALLY, i’m always there to build your confidence and reassure you.

You trust my plan and the results will come, I’ve been doing this s**t for 15 years.

Then the first £997 landed.

48 hours later, another £997 landed.

Nearly £2,000 in 3 days.

Same man, same knowledge, same ability.

But a completely different set of beliefs in what he’s capable of and what his expertise is worth.

And THAT is why I’m so fu***ng proud of him.

Because this isn’t really a post about Ā£1,994.

It’s about what happens when somebody stops allowing their limiting beliefs to determine their future potential.

You don’t need another strategy or funnel.

You need somebody in your corner who can see what you’re capable of before you can see it yourself and who refuses to let you settle until you do.

He even said to me, I’m not sure I’m confident charging that, I said no stress borrow my confidence because I know damn well that you are worth that and more!

And the best part?

We are only just getting started, 10 months to go on this first phase. šŸ”„

If you’re a business owner who knows there’s another level in you, but your own beliefs, standards or ex*****on are keeping you from reaching it…

DM me ā€œASCENDā€.

Let’s fix that together.
