Hello client's, in case your worried that the gym maybe shut for the foreseeable, I can reassure you that the gym will be open for as long as possible until.they put us in full lock down.
But I will stress to all existing clients, if you show any symptoms please don't come training, you won't lose your session but please just be honest as I and my family would like to stay healthy.

Nice day off which has given me some time to change the gym around and try and create some space for the new Treadmill. 💪👊🏃
LMB Fitness would like to welcome back Kelly Benson, Kelly started with me sometime ago but due to a nasty full she has had the last two months off.
Now she is back on her feet she completed her 1st session tonight and done fantastic 100% as always 🥇👏👏 well done and keep up the good work.
LMB would like to welcome a new client this week, Hollie Leigh completed her 1st session yesterday and done very well. Tough 1st session but gave 100% all the way through
