4th Course Shredded Lamb parcel, apricots, Truffle and Corsican Jus - nice but not upto the level of the 3 previous courses 8/10

Course 3 - Risotto, aged parmesan, Truffle and Corsican Jus - Best Risotto we've ever had - 10/10

2nd Course - Melon Sorbet, Serrano Ham crisps, mint and pickled vegetables - again can't fault this - 10/10

First Course of Tasting Menu - Soft Boiled egg, truffle and parmesan mousse at Le Millesimie - amazing - 10/10

Raviole de Gambas - Beef Ravioli in a prawn foam 7/10

Chickpeas 3 ways with Salmon 6/10

Beef Fillet and Sea Urchin - 9/10

Basil and ginger cheesecake with redcurrants - Leysa loved it 10/10

Egg dessert, mouse fruit and crumble 9/10
