💙 Motivational Monday 💙

From starting Kumon at just 2 years old… to helping her mummy set up the Bewbush Kumon class at 6! 😊

Through every new level, every challenge and every achievement, she has continued to take those little steps forward building not only her skills, but also her confidence and independence. 📚✨

And now, at just 6 years old, she’s already taking an interest in helping Charlotte get ready for class. 💙

It’s a lovely reminder that progress doesn’t happen overnight.

It’s built through small steps, consistency and encouragement, one day at a time.

Keep going. Keep learning. Keep growing.

💙 Consistency creates confidence.

A little behind-the-scenes of my journey to Niagara Falls…

Even when I’m travelling, my students are never far from my thoughts! 💛

A little train journey gives me the perfect opportunity to check in on their progress, see how they’re getting on and make sure I’m up to date with their learning.

Being a Kumon Instructor isn’t just about the time spent in the centre it’s about supporting each student’s individual journey wherever I am. 📚✨

Motivational Monday 🌎✨

Even while exploring Toronto, I couldn’t resist stopping by a local Kumon centre! 🇨🇦📚

It was lovely to see Kumon continuing to help children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning — thousands of miles from home.

Different country, same Kumon values. 💛

Proud to be part of the Kumon family.

A little glimpse inside our Bewbush classroom 💙

One of the things we love seeing at Kumon is the way children develop the confidence to work independently.

✨ Staying focused
✨ Taking responsibility for their own work
✨ Checking and correcting their mistakes
✨ Developing concentration and perseverance

These are skills that go far beyond the worksheet ,they are skills that support children in becoming confident, independent learners. 🌟

At Kumon, we help children develop these skills step by step, at their own pace.

💙 Motivational Monday 💙

Sometimes, us Kumon instructors need a little motivation too!

This lovely message genuinely made my day.

Hearing how much a child’s reading has progressed in just a few months and knowing that she is happy and enjoying her Kumon journey means so much. 📚✨

A huge thank you to this wonderful parent for taking the time to share her experience and for her incredibly kind words. They really do mean the world.

Small steps. Consistent practice. Big progress.
And sometimes, a little message is all the motivation we need. 💙

🌟 Celebrating some of our Advanced Student Honour Roll (ASHR) students! 🌟

A huge congratulations to Jennifer, Maya, Adam and Krishna on achieving Advanced Student Honour Roll (ASHR).

ASHR recognises students who are studying ahead of their current school year level through their dedication, perseverance and consistent daily study. Reaching this milestone is a fantastic achievement and reflects the hard work each student has put into developing strong Maths and English skills.

We are incredibly proud of everything they have accomplished and look forward to seeing what they achieve next.

Well done to all of our ASHR students – keep reaching for your goals! 💙📚⭐

📚✨ Kumon Book of the Week ✨📚

This week we’re choosing Dig Dig Digging by Margaret Mayo & Alex Ayliffe from the Kumon Recommended Reading List! 🚜📖

A fun, colourful book celebrating all kinds of amazing machines, perfect for little ones who love things that dig, scoop, dump and build! 🚧

Reading together is a wonderful way to introduce new vocabulary, encourage conversation and, most importantly, develop a love of books from an early age. 🌟

💡 Try this together:
Before turning the page, ask your child, “What do you think the machine will do next?” Can they spot and name the different machines?

📖 Read together • Share • Discover • Grow

✨ Mistakes are a natural part of learning! ✨

Today we’re showing what happens next — students checking their work, spotting their mistakes and making their corrections. ✏️

It’s through this process that they learn, build confidence and keep moving forward. 💪📚

Every mistake is an opportunity to learn and grow! 🌟
