How much toothpaste should you use for your child? 🪥

Using the right amount of fluoride toothpaste can help protect children’s teeth.

- Under 3 years old: use a smear, about the size of a grain of rice
- Aged 3 to 6: use a pea-sized amount
- Older children: follow the guidance on the toothpaste packaging

Brush twice a day and encourage children to spit out toothpaste rather than rinse.

Sensory room fun
Our under 2s had lots of fun exploring the sensory room, they loved the sensory tubes and exploring the magic carpet and what they could see.
Lots of popping, squishing, jumping and stepping 🐠🐟❤️🍌

Mini athletics Jungle theme this week 🐒
