We had a beautiful walk today seeing lots of lovely bluebells in the woods 🥰 🌸🏵🪻The children loved exploring the woods and climbing on the logs. They also loved painting their own bluebells at mine, by painting stalks using paintbrushes and using their fingerprints for the bluebells 🪻🥰

We loved visiting World of Water today 🥰 The children loved feeding the fishes and finding the different types of fish, and talking about the different colour fishes, as well as playing in the play houses in the garden. 🥰🐡🐠🐟

Happy Mothers Day to all the lovely mummies 🫶💕 The children have been very busy last week making some beautiful creations for their mummy. They loved making tulip cards using forks in paint and the younger babies making handprint flowers. The children also loved making fingerprint flowers on mugs for their mummies. They also loved decoratibg their own gift bags by drawing their mummies or printing heart shapes in paint 🥰

Last week the children loved visiting the local beach in the glorious sunshine 🥰 It was such a beautiful day, the children loved playing and exploring activities on the beach. They loved filling up and emptying buckets with stones, playing with the diggers, and painting rocks using water colour paint, as well as recognising numbers on pebbles and counting upto 10 🙂

We had lots of fun today playing outdoors all morning and in the local woods 🥰 The children loved making potions using kitchen utensils and mixing bowls to mix bark and mud together, looking for worms, playing with the dinosaurs and diggers, and playing hide and seek with our friends 🥰

To celebrate Chinese New Year, the children visited Longdan supermarket in town today. They enjoyed looking at the different variety of foods of Asia. We also brought seaweed and noodles to taste at mine. The children have loved exploring the noodles in the sensory tray using chopsticks and recognising number 1 to 10 on the number cards 🥰

Just a gentle reminder as there seems to be various illnesses going round different settings at the moment....🙂

We had a fantastic sunny morning for our annual sponsored reindeer run for with all of our friends! We ran a few laps round the fountain and the children had lots of fun 🥰 The children then enjoyed finding numbered reindeers round the gardens and recognising numbers. Thank you for all the donations to this wonderful charity very close to my heart 🧡🦌

Next Wednesday 3rd December our little gang at Emma's Messy Pups are completing the Reindeer Run in aid of St Catherine's Hospice, Crawley. This is a charity very close to my heart this year 🩷💫 We will be joining lots of other childminders and their children and hope to raise lots of funds for this amazing charity.
