💜WHAT: PSA books out a postgrad-only part of the tavern with free food, drink tokens and heaps of postgrads for you to meet and make friends with 😻

UWA HDR students deserve better ‼️

At UWA, and across Australia, many HDR candidates rely on Research Training Program (RTP) stipends funded by the federal government to undertake innovative, critical research. Yet, unacceptably, the stipend remains below the Henderson Poverty Line.

The PSA is joining CAPA to call on the Federal Government to implement the recommendations of the Universities Accord and the Strategic Examination of Research and Development by increasing the minimum HDR stipend to $50,000 a year..
