Evening folks... We're thinking about Mental Health Awareness week today - we hope Monday has been kind to you ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ™

Not every young person feels comfortable in the same environment and thatโ€™s okay.

At Wild Soul Woods, we believe support should meet young people where they are, not expect them to adapt to us.

For some, that means time in the woods around a fire... For others, it might be the calm of the allotment, working in the garden, or connecting indoors in a smaller, quieter space.

We know that feeling safe looks different for everyone.

Thatโ€™s why we create a range of nurturing environments where teenagers can feel secure, build trust, and grow at their own pace, without pressure to fit a mould.

When young people feel safe and accepted as they are, confidence and connection can begin to grow ๐ŸŒฟ

Morning world. FREE TODAY for TEENS not in school - big space, low numbers, support to engage with others, time and space to go at your pace.

We are a growing collection of families looking for safe spaces for our Teens who didn't feel safe or seen at school.

Please come along and see what we're doing - stay as long (or as short!) as you need - have a coffee, take part in the structured activities or just watch from afar and soak it up.

You are not alone.

We are delighted to share details of our DROP IN TASTER day for our Teen Hub group at Dormans Youth Arts Centre, Crawley on TUESDAY 17th Feb between 12pm and 3pm.

The group has been created BY and FOR families of Neurodivergent and / or anxious teens who do not attend school - and are looking for peers and community.

The group is open to young people aged 12+ and their parent / carer.

Please take a look at our website for more details about who we are, what we do and how to book.

The group is 'Pay What You Can' and we are passionate about supporting young people who find groups and social connection difficult, especially those who have found themselves unable to attend school recently and are looking for alternatives.

Get in touch for more info - more details to follow over the next few days!

Take care

Hey folks... This time of year can mean very different things to different people, and we wanted to share something gentle as we move through this in-between space.

We keep coming back to the older meaning of the celebrations of the season โ€” midwinter โ€” the turning point, a reminder that the light does return, and that slowing down, resting, and even hibernating for a while is part of the cycle too.

We just want to say thank you to everyone who makes up the Wild Soul Woods community โ€” families, young people, supporters and partners โ€” for the care, trust and patience that lives here. It really matters.

Sending warmth as we head gently towards the New Year ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’š
