Introducing....

Our new Childminder Champion Sam Goldsworthy (owner of Sam Goldsworthy Childminding) who will be in attendance. Sam is a very experienced childminder based in Cornwall. She is passionate about hands on exploration through play especially music and nature and she will be supporting our future sessions in the area, helping to implement the learning shared from these sessions and also her passion and knowledge of using the outdoors. We are thrilled to have her onboard.

Getting up before sunrise to go to my practical First Aid Course a good course with a great trainer Jo keeping my knowledge up to date. 👍

It’s been a crazy week we’ve had Snow, ❄️ Ice, a storm ⛈️ 24 hour Power cut and No water 💦 but In between this we did get the Children to the beach and Ryan and the Children found a starfish which was very cool.

Online First Aid training complete ready for the practical on Saturday 👍

My First term at Sam Goldsworthy Childminding. I’m so lucky to be working with and learning from the best. Beach days are always fun, Sam testing out the rope swing for the children at Forest school and One of Ryans superpowers the best story reader and story teller doing all the voices, actions and sometimes using props. I haven’t got any photos of Issy but she is amazing all the Children love her. ❤️

When the playroom needs a Christmas post box 👍 Something I made for Sam & the Children to post all their Christmas Lists, Cards and letters. She made a great set up and invitation to play and mark make & write for the Children. ❤️

Online training workshop Two of my favourites Boogie Mites Tasha and Ben Kingston-Hughes and their new song Jazz Hands Dinosaur!! I love ❤️ it. I met Jazz hands dinosaur, Ben & Sue from Boogie Mites at the Cornish conference.

I brought these fantastic magnetic blocks for my Nephews Birthday and he’s loved them hours of fun and using his imagination and it’s kept him off the gadgets (I got 2 different sets 250 blocks in total)
