What does Employee Ownership mean for your school?

It means we are 100% dedicated to making your school trip with us the absolute best it can be. Our staff receive a financial bonus when we do well as a business, so that means the better your trip is with us, the more your instructors and manor adventure teams get paid. It’s a win / win.
