We’re officially a Finalist in the Great British Food Awards!

Our pork chop and shoulder pork have both been recognised in the category of Meat & Fish for 2026 - we couldn’t be happier, and we’ll be keeping fingers crossed for the upcoming London ceremony on Friday 30th October.

Our T-bone steaks are perfect for this time of year!

Watch as Charlie talks us through the tasty favourites on our counter, which are best when cooked up in a smoking-hot cast-iron skillet - a classic technique is to sear quickly over a high heat, before gently basting to ensure a lovely, charred exterior and a deliciously juicy, evenly cooked inside.
