This isn't the dance dad quote we usually hear. That honour definitely goes to "she said I had something to pay for"!

We are very grateful for everything you do for our dancers....not just the paying!! 💜

☀️Summer Dance Camps 2026☀️

We are excited to open bookings for our summer dance camps. There are 5 days to choose from for children aged 5+! Each day includes dance and music all around a theme! The cost includes a snack and drink and all materials for the day! All you need to provide is a packed lunch! As ever, the more sessions you book, the better value the price becomes and if you book a second or third sibling, we will knock off another £5 as well!

Places on each day are limited so don't miss out!

I am looking for prizes (preferably vouchers) from local businesses for our raffle at Showtime 2026, raising funds for North East Hearts for Goals to buy a defibrilator in memory of our friend Norman Lazenby!

If anyone works for a business who might be able to help us, please ask for a letter from reception!

*** May Half Term Dance Day "The Show (Before the Show!)***

Amy is back again this May half term!

During the day you will be choreographing dances for your very own show, creating costumes and props, rehearsing your show and then performing for your parents at 2.30pm!

The day will run from 9.30-2.30 (drop off from 9.00 and pick up by 3.00) on Wednesday 27th May. The day is £15 per child with a £5 sibling discount available. This includes a snack and drink.
You just need to provide a packed lunch.

💚💜SHOWTIME 2026 "GRAVITY"🩷💚

Tickets for our annual show will go on sale on Friday 15th May at 10.00am directly from the Tyne Theatre booking page https://www.tynetheatreandoperahouse.uk/whats-on/events/

Tickets cost £12 plus the theatre booking fees. PLEASE NOTE, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE THEATRE BOOKING FEES.

Tickets will be on sale for the stalls and the grand circle.
There is no limit to how many tickets you can buy for each performance.

Tickets will be on sale for both the 11.00 and 3.30pm performances. Chaperones do not need a ticket for the show in which they are a chaperone. These lists are displayed in reception and are on the school social media platforms.

Theatre booking rules apply to all bookings. All ticketing queries should go directly to the theatre.

Existing dancers will be contacted directly to discuss which class they will move into as we reshuffle our cheer and street timetables!
