☀️ Super Saturday strikes again!! 🥋😀

It may be a scorcher outside, but that didn’t stop the hard work, intensity and learning inside!

🥊 Juniors brought the focus.

🤩 Leadership pushed themselves to improve.

Wednesday night had it all 🥋😀

Drills with intensity.

And students being pushed outside of their comfort zones 👏

That’s where progress happens.

Not when things are easy.

Not when everything goes perfectly.

But when you challenge yourself, keep going and discover you’re capable of more than you thought.

Great afternoon of training today with Pete Woollard all the way from MF Staffordshire 👏 plus a coffee from Luxe Bite’s Catering & Bistro😀

We’ve known each other for a couple of years now and regularly bounce ideas around, share knowledge and challenge each other to keep improving.

No matter your grade.

No matter your experience.

No matter how long you’ve been training.

There’s always something new to learn and a different perspective to consider.

A great session, plenty of ideas shared and lots to take away 😀

The day you stop learning is the day you stop improving.

Supersonic Saturday 🥋😀👏

Great effort all round this morning!

Mighty Matts kicked us off with some fantastic line work and awesome skills on show. It was also brilliant to see 5 of our Leadership Team helping out and setting a great example 👏

Juniors brought the focus and intensity. Some great jump kicks today and a few students tried spin kicks for the very first time 😀👏

Sparring and Leadership followed, with students continuing to challenge themselves, learn new skills and support each other.

Every session is about building confidence, resilience and the courage to try something new 😊

Control 🥋😀

When people think about martial arts, they often notice the kicks.

What we notice is the control.

Being able to kick high is one thing.

Being able to stop exactly where you want to is something else.

Control takes practice.

Control takes discipline.

Control builds confidence.

And those are skills that help both inside and outside of training👏😀
