🌟📚 A Wonderful Day Out for Our Dinotots Cramlington Children! 🫧🚌

Today our children enjoyed another fantastic adventure as they hopped on the bus to Blyth for a very special day of learning and fun.

Our first stop was the library, where the children had the opportunity to explore the wonderful world of books. Visiting the library is such an important experience for young children, helping to develop a love of reading, spark their imagination, build language and communication skills, and encourage curiosity about the world around them. It also teaches them how to care for books, enjoy quiet spaces, and discover that learning can be exciting and fun.

After our library visit, we headed to the marketplace where we were delighted to find a fantastic bubble show taking place! The children had so much fun watching the giant bubbles float through the air before taking turns to create their very own enormous bubbles. There were smiles, laughter, excitement, and lots of cheering as everyone had a chance to join in.

Days like these are a wonderful way to build confidence, develop social skills, practise taking turns, and create lasting memories while exploring our local community.

🚌✨ What an amazing adventure for our Triceratops’s and Raptors at Dinotots Cramlington! ✨🚌

Our Raptors had an exciting day as they hopped on the bus and travelled into Newcastle for a fantastic visit to the Discovery Museum.

The children loved exploring the museum, discovering fascinating exhibitions filled with science, technology, transport and local history. From seeing impressive vehicles and interactive displays to learning about how things work, every corner sparked curiosity and encouraged the children to ask questions, explore and learn through hands-on experiences.

After all the excitement inside the museum, the adventure continued outdoors as the children followed the wonderful Peter Rabbit™ trail and explored the colourful outdoor gallery. They had so much fun searching for Peter Rabbit and his friends, completing the trail together and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Days like these create lasting memories while helping children build confidence, independence and a love of learning beyond the nursery walls.

We are so proud of our little explorers and can’t wait for our next adventure! 💙🐰🌿🚌

🎉 Dinotots Graduation 2026!🎓

We are excited to invite you to our annual Dinotots Graduation celebration!

📍 Where: St. Benedict’s Parish Church, Brierley Road, Cowpen, Blyth, NE24 5AU
📅 When: Friday, 3rd July
🕰️ Doors Open: 6:00pm
🎬 Ceremony Starts: 6:15pm

As we come to the end of this wonderful term, some of our little ones are preparing to leave the nest and embark on new adventures — starting school! It’s a time filled with mixed emotions: joy and excitement for our confident, happy children who are ready for the next chapter, and a touch of sadness as we say goodbye to our beloved little stars. 🌟💖

Many of these children have been with us since they were babies, growing alongside us and forging special bonds with staff and friends. Watching their growth has been truly inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder.

A huge thank you to all the parents and carers for your ongoing support — you are an essential part of our Dinotots family.

We wish all of our graduates the very best in their new journeys! We will miss them all so much. 💙🦕

💙 Father’s Day Celebration at Dinotots Cramlington 💙

What a wonderful day we have had celebrating Father’s Day at Dinotots Cramlington! We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our lovely dads, grandads, stepdads and special family members who joined us for this very special event.

The children were so excited to welcome their loved ones into nursery and share in a morning filled with fun, laughter and precious memories. Everyone enjoyed taking part in a variety of activities together, encouraging creativity, teamwork and lots of smiles along the way. From arts and crafts to interactive play experiences, it was fantastic to see the children proudly showing off their nursery environment and spending quality time with the important people in their lives.

These special events help strengthen relationships, build confidence and create lasting memories for both children and their families. The joy on the children’s faces throughout the day was truly heartwarming to see.

Thank you once again to everyone who attended and helped make our Father’s Day celebration so special. We hope you all enjoyed your time with us as much as we enjoyed sharing it with you.

🐸🦋 Fun-Filled Learning in Triceratops at Dinotots Cramlington! 🦋🐸

Our Triceratops children have been busy enjoying a range of exciting activities that support their learning and development through play.

The children had lots of fun taking part in our 5 Speckled Frogs activity, singing along, counting the frogs, and practising their number recognition skills as each frog jumped into the pool. Activities like these help to develop early maths skills, listening, and language development in a fun and engaging way. 🐸💚

We also enjoyed sharing the much-loved story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar, following the caterpillar’s journey as he ate his way through different foods before transforming into a beautiful butterfly. The story sparked lots of discussion about healthy foods, life cycles, and growing.

To bring the story to life, the children took part in a food-tasting experience, exploring a variety of fruits and foods mentioned in the story. This encouraged the children to use their senses, try new tastes, and talk about their likes and dislikes while developing confidence and independence. 🍎🍐🍓🍊

What a wonderful day of singing, storytelling, counting, and exploring new flavours! Well done, Triceratops, for your fantastic participation and enthusiasm. 🌟
