FitSteps with Tracey

FitSteps with Tracey FitSteps is a fun dance/exercise class, based on moves from Ballroom and Latin dances

‘Strictly Come Dancing’ dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite teamed up with six time world champion swimmer Mark Foster, a former Strictly contestant, to produce a unique dance and fitness programme – ‘FitSteps’. They combined the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances with proven fitness techniques, to develop a dance/fitness programme that is capable of delivering fast fitness results, with a heap of fun thrown in!

I haven't updated this page recently, but only because I haven't had much to say!!
Classes continue every week as usual, but feel free to get in touch if you'd like to check, or if you have any questions.
In Craignure, I currently have FitSteps on Mondays at 6pm and Tap Dance classes on Thursdays at 6pm. Plus FitSteps FAB on Zoom on Mondays at 9.30am and Fridays at 9am.
