Given that we now have a restart date for driving and theory tests Minister Nicola Mallon needs to URGENTLY outline a plan to deal with the backlog!

It is chaotic, with many people, particularly young people affected! I am inundated with queries and complaints on this. Just putting on a number of extra tests will not resolve this. There needs to be a clear, financed plan to ensure that those who require a test are prioritised. Those who have been treated terribly with having had tests cancelled more than once.

I have today written to the Minister asking or urgent assurances.
