In 2014, Chloe Buckley picked up the guitar for the first time in my studio. Today, she stands as a Grade 8 Distinction holder and a Diploma candidate.

I put this video together to celebrate her progress over the last 11 years. It’s a reminder that mastery isn't an overnight event—it’s a series of small, daily wins that turn into something extraordinary.

I am beyond proud to announce that Chloe Buckley has officially completed her Grade 8 Classical Guitar exam with the London College of Music—achieving a well-deserved DISTINCTION! 🏆

Chloe has been studying with me since 2014. Watching her grow from her very first notes to mastering the complex repertoire required for Grade 8 has been an absolute privilege. This result is a testament to her dedication, artistry, and a decade of hard work.

Very proud to share what Emma and Chloe are up to. After 11 years of classical guitar study, they are now taking their skills into the recording booth to work on a CD project.

Studio recording requires a different level of precision, tone, and focus, and these two are absolutely nailing it. It is a proud moment as a teacher to see students apply over a decade of technique to a professional project.
