If you come across this error then simply swipe up from the app and close it. Then restart the app and login from fresh. This will then allow you to process payment

Anyone who had experienced difficulty processing a payment, please try again as the issue has now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Just a quick note regarding registering your child/children on the app. Your Username/ Email is linked to your child/children's UPN and therefore only one registration can be linked. The app can be downloaded to multiple devices as long as the registered username is used to logon. Anyone who has topped up on a different account please contact me directly and we will merge the account.
