…..🩷💛💚BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🩷💛💚… I am incredibly proud and excited to introduce Laura McConville as the new Director & Creative Manager of LSA Performing Arts.

LSA has been a huge part of Laura’s life since the very beginning. Having been there from day one when the school first opened 16 years ago, she has grown from a young student, to a member of staff, to Co-Director, and now Director & Creative Manager. It has been an incredible journey, and one she is honoured to continue as she leads the school into its next chapter.

As LSA moves forward, the school is also beginning an exciting revamp with a fresh new look and vision. There are lots of exciting ideas, opportunities and developments on the horizon, while continuing to provide the welcoming, supportive and inspiring environment that LSA has always been known for.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Louise for everything she has built over the past 16 years. Her passion, dedication and commitment have created something truly special, and Laura is incredibly grateful for the trust Louise has placed in her.

Louise will be taking a complete sabbatical from director of LSA for the foreseeable, while she concentrates more time with her young family as she concentrates writing some exciting new shows for the future and she would like to train to get herself back on stage. We wish Louise all the best with what’s to come.

Laura would also like to thank all of the parents, guardians, staff and students for their continued support and trust. She is excited for everything that lies ahead and can’t wait to share this next chapter with the entire LSA family.

Shirin has been a valued member of our Little Starz family for many years, both as a dedicated student and a wonderful member of staff, we couldn’t be prouder to see her take the next step in pursuing her dreams.

We would like to wish her every success as she begins her journey at Ulster University in Derry, where she will be studying Drama.

Your passion, commitment, talent, and hard work have inspired so many young performers over the years, and we know you have an incredibly bright future ahead.

Thank you for everything you have contributed to our academy. We will miss you, but we can’t wait to see all that you achieve and we know you will return home when possible to your family soon!
