I’ve been a CrossFit L2 coach for over 2 years and a civil/structural engineer for the past 14 years. I know how to make things strong and functional. And I also know how to recognise when structures are weak and vulnerable to collapse.

I specialise in transforming the lives of busy people.

Why work with busy people?

Because I am one of those ‘Busy People’.

Alongside maintaining a career in engineering, I juggle stay at home dad duties, running a successful coaching business, plus trying to find the time to create/craft and spend quality time with my family.

I have laboured long hours at the desk.

I have burned the midnight oil, staying up late to finalise reports to meet deadlines.

I have felt there was no alternative and I was making the most of the cards I was dealt.

I had reached breaking point. After you spend some time at the bottom, in the dip, realise one thing:

At 38, I have spent 10 years working hard, becoming the best version of myself while still maintaining the commitments I struggled so hard to manage before I became physically and mentally strong and able to deal with life, whatever way it comes each day.

We are all works in progress and that’s why I’m on a mission to serve busy people better than any other coach in the world.

It’s a hectic summer when you have work and the kids to contend with! Plus the Irish summer weather doesn’t help matters! All very easy go to excuses for you to park prioritising your fitness because you ‘can’t find the time or you feel like the weather

COMMITTED CLUB WINNER đŸ„‡ May’s committed club winner Damien recorded 15 training sessions with MurchĂș Movement at our gym in Magheralin.

Damien is only in his 2nd month with us and after joining on our 13 Class Pass jumped up to Unlimited in month two as he loved the variety in our training with no two days the same and the intensity of our workouts, which challenge beginners and experienced gym goers alike.

It’s not your typical gym where you queue for equipment and keep yourself to yourself
 we are a fitness community, with small group classes offering support and encouragement in your journey to better functional health and fitness!

Well done D and look forward to unlocking more gymnastics, strength and endurance levels in June!
