Iâve been a CrossFit L2 coach for over 2 years and a civil/structural engineer for the past 14 years. I know how to make things strong and functional. And I also know how to recognise when structures are weak and vulnerable to collapse.
I specialise in transforming the lives of busy people.

COMMITTED CLUB WINNER đ„ Mayâs committed club winner Damien recorded 15 training sessions with MurchĂș Movement at our gym in Magheralin.
Damien is only in his 2nd month with us and after joining on our 13 Class Pass jumped up to Unlimited in month two as he loved the variety in our training with no two days the same and the intensity of our workouts, which challenge beginners and experienced gym goers alike.
Itâs not your typical gym where you queue for equipment and keep yourself to yourself⊠we are a fitness community, with small group classes offering support and encouragement in your journey to better functional health and fitness!
