Today we have been swimming at West Wight Pool. The fun hour there is really great. All mindees loved being in the water. This afternoon we spent a couple of hours in the sunshine at Northwood Park. Happy days!

All mindees are currently in the kitchen, getting creative with a few basic ingredients.

So far we've had chocolate covered strawberries, melted marshmallow cakes and a version of rocky road... that seems to be all road and no rocks! [Not to mention a couple of combinations that they are thinking of names for.]

The persistent giggling is enough to know that they aren't taking it too seriously, but its really interesting to hear them questioning the ingredients to see what goes with what, and what happens if we heat it (supervised, of course).
