🤸‍♀️ COWES — YOU WERE ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! ✨

What a day, what an absolute day! 🥹💛 Today in Cowes was just pure, unfiltered joy from start to finish. Every single child who walked through that door brought the best energy, the biggest smiles, and so much heart I honestly left feeling like the luckiest person around!

This isn’t work to me. It never has been. It’s just… getting to hang out with the most wonderful little humans, watching them cheer each other on, try new things, and have the best time together. That’s the magic of it! it’s not about being “the best” or anything fancy. It’s about laughing, twirling , making friends, and feeling good about yourself. That’s what we’re all here for 💛

And guess what? We’re doing it all AGAIN tomorrow! 🎉

🤸‍♀️✨ WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE DAY AT JAY MILLER'S CIRCUS! 🎪✨

A couple of weeks ago, we took our Little Rockets gymnasts along to Jay Miller's Circus for a very special circus skills workshop and WOW, what an experience it was! 🤩

From the moment we stepped into that amazing big top, the magic was real! 🎪 The children got to try out so many wonderful circus skills balancing, juggling, acrobatics, and so much more. Their faces were just beaming from start to finish pure joy, laughter and huge grins everywhere you looked! 😄💛

It was honestly so wonderful to watch them step out of their comfort zones, have a go at something completely different, and cheer each other on the whole time. They were absolutely brilliant brave, enthusiastic, and full of energy! 🚀✨

Huge thank you to the whole team at Jay Miller's Circus for looking after us so beautifully such a fantastic, memorable experience for all of us. We had the absolute best time! 🎪🤸‍♀️

🤸‍♀️ COWES — YOU DID IT AGAIN! WHAT A FANTASTIC SECOND FUN DAY! 🎉✨

Round two in Cowes was even more spectacular than the first if that’s even possible! 🤩 From the very first flip to the final high-five, the atmosphere was absolutely electric! Every single gymnast threw themselves into everything with so much heart, courage and huge grins that lit up the whole room! 🥹💛

It was wonderful seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones too everyone supported each other, cheered the loudest for their friends, and tried things they might not have dared to before. Watching them grow in confidence and have the best time together is honestly the best part of what we do! ✨

I am bursting with pride for every single little superstar who joined us today you were all absolutely brilliant and made this day one to remember! 🚀💛

Today was an absolute joy from start to finish every single gymnast who joined us was truly brilliant! 🤩 The energy was off the charts, the enthusiasm was contagious, and those huge, beaming smiles never faded all day long! We saw amazing courage, fantastic team spirit, everyone cheering each other on, and so much laughter and fun it was just wonderful! 🥹💛

I am so incredibly proud of every single one of them. They all gave everything a go, worked so hard, and brought such amazing energy to the whole day. ✨ Thank you to every little superstar who came along you were all absolutely outstanding, and I couldn’t be prouder of you all! 🚀💛

🤸‍♀️ OUR YELLOW TEAM & COACHES THE HEART OF LITTLE ROCKETS! 💛

I wanted to take a moment to give the biggest, most well-deserved shoutout to absolutely everyone who makes our club so special! 💛✨

First our wonderful Little Rockets Coaches you are all simply incredible! 🤩 The energy, passion and fun you bring to every single session is absolutely amazing. You make learning new skills exciting, you keep the children smiling from start to finish, and you bring such warmth and kindness to everything you do. The children absolutely adore you and it’s so easy to see why! We honestly could not run our sessions without you you are the heartbeat of our club, and every week you show up ready to inspire, encourage and cheer on every single gymnast. Thank you for being so brilliant, so patient, and such wonderful role models to all of them we are so lucky to have you! 💛

And then there’s our fantastic Yellow Team the ones in our bright yellow tops who bring so much energy and help make every session brilliant! 💛✨ To every single one of you thank you! You are all absolutely amazing. The way you step up, help out, encourage the little ones and bring such brilliant enthusiasm to every session It’s incredible to watch, and we are so grateful for all that you do! 🤸‍♀️💛

What makes this even more special is that you’re not just helping out you’re our next generation of gymnastics coaches 🤩 These amazing young people and teenagers have taken such an interest in coaching, and we are so proud to be able to support them, give them real hands-on experience, and help them work towards their official coaching qualifications through courses and training.

For me, this is one of the most important things we do. It’s about so much more than just helping at sessions it’s about nurturing the future of our sport and making sure gymnastics stays alive, strong and right here on the Isle of Wight for our community long into the future. I want this club to keep thriving for years to come, and training young people to become the coaches of tomorrow is how we make that happen. It’s about giving young people opportunities, building confidence, and creating something that will last 💛

And of course a big thank you to Hayley on the desk too! 📋✨ She does a fantastic job handling all the admin and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes thank you, Hayley!

To our coaches, our Yellow Team, and Hayley thank you all for being part of this journey. You’re all doing such an incredible job, and I am so proud of every single one of you! ✨

It is honestly such a joy to teach every single one of these Gymnasts. They are all so incredible kind, hardworking, full of energy and always bringing the biggest smiles and best energy to every session 🥹💛 Watching them grow in confidence, learn new skills and cheer each other on? It’s the absolute best part of what we do. Every single one of them shines in their own brilliant way! ✨

We are already counting down to September and cannot wait to welcome everyone back ready for more fun, more skills, more new friends and so much more laughter along the way! 🚀 New kit, fresh plans and lots of exciting things are all coming soon we can’t wait!
