Symmons Madge Associates Your online learning Engineering & Construction training provider. Our courses are accredited and approved by many institutions including IHE, CIHT & CITB.

Whether you're a recent graduate, senior management, or a smaller company with training constraints, our training courses are designed for individuals to achieve professional skilled qualifications and to support your ongoing continuing professional development CPD. We deliver high quality training for construction and engineering professionals through training courses that can either be carried o

ut either online, in-house or at one of our nationwide training centres. As well as training courses, we also offer a Coaching & Mentoring service where we can help you start or accelerate the process of getting your staff professionally qualified, either by supporting your existing SCE/Manager or providing you with a Mentor who can fulfil this role. Our scheme complies with the requirements of the Engineering Council and is recognised by many Institutions as the basis of their professional training. Plus, we currently place around a 100 students each year through our Year In Industry programme. Affiliated with Cardiff University, our Year In Industry initiative offers undergraduates studying for BEng and MEng degrees the opportunity to gain practical work based skills and further knowledge during a "sandwich year" industrial placement which normally takes place between the 2nd and 3rd year of their degree course.
