Our annual NatMatSci STEM Poster Conference brought together students, parents, prospective families, academics and STEM enthusiasts for an afternoon of research, reasoning and scientific communication π¬
The event highlighted more than just outcomes; it showcased authentic STEM practice in action, where ideas are explored, challenged, and communicated with clarity and confidence. A brilliant celebration of curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving at pre-university level.

Our College Community Action Day this year still saw students making a positive impact through a range of projects across our local community. π±
Students took part in activities including preparing an assembly for local primary school students, organising a charity second-hand sale, completing an Emergency
First Aid course π, supporting a local food bank, contacting MPs about important issues, litter picking, creating items for community projects, and preparing resources to welcome new students joining us in September.

This term our students stepped back in time at The National Museum of Computing at Bletchely Park exploring the origins of modern computing during WWII, diving into Robotics & AI sessions, and even programming classic BBC Microcomputers from the 1980s.π€
Later, they attended the Cyber STEM Festival, gaining real insights into careers in Cyber Security through inspiring talks from Warwick and Worcester Universities, hands-on activities with QinetiQ and West Midlands Police, and connecting with industry professionals.
What an incredible opportunity to inspire the next generation of tech talent! π»ππ
