💚 Eagle Street 💚
We are hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning where parents and carers of Eagle street can come and join us for Tea, Coffee, Cakes and Biscuits to raise money for Macmillan. Friday 25th September 9-10am and 1-2pm.
Every penny raised will be donated to the charity.
Cake donations will much appreciated.
We will also be looking for 2 parents volunteers to help.
(unfortunately this is not open to public as children will still be attending the nursery however cakes will be on sale out the front of the nursery)

We are so grateful for any donations for a cause so close to our hearts 💚

A fantastic visit from Zoo Lab today 🙌
The children were super excited and brave!
They behaved impeccably to ensure the creatures were calm and safe, and gave it a good go answering all the questions 🥰
We learnt alot about habitats and what the animals eat.

What else would you do on a hot sunny day at nursery! Water play of course 💜 The children have enjoyed water play drain pipes today. They also love a splash and a water fight. 💜

Introducing our Clothes Swap Shop & Helping Hands Shelves which are by the entrance of the nursery.
👕 Swap Shop - we are regularly donated more clothes than we need, so we have set up rails with all the best bits. Please help yourself to anything, there are mixed ages, genders and also nappies at the bottom

🫶 Helping Hands Shelf - here you will find things that you may need at drop off/collection such as tissues, wipes and suncream. There are also our Home Support bags and leaflets for local services and funding.

That’s it for the class of 2026!! We hope you’ve had a wonderful time at Rosie and Jim’s, we have loved every minute of watching you grow, learn and develop into the beautiful little humans you are,we will miss you all. We wish you all the best in your new journeys! 💜

☀️ As we come to the end of another wonderful school year, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all our amazing children and families. 💛

It has been a year filled with laughter, learning, play, creativity and so many special memories. Watching the children grow in confidence, develop new skills and form lovely friendships has been an absolute joy, and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of their journeys.

To those moving on to their next adventure, we are so proud of you and wish you lots of happiness and success - you will always be a special part of the Rosie & Jim’s Childcare family. 🌈

What an emotional day at Eagle Street, as we say goodbye to another amazing cohort going off to school. This year in particular we are saying goodbye to lots of returning families that have been with us for years, it never gets easier! 😭
Thank you thank you thank you everyone for our end of year gifts and cards. No better feeling than to be ending the year with so many happy families and knowing all the hard work of the staff has ensured the children are as ready as they can be for school.
