MKG Coventry 7pm-8pm

Ceu Azul BJJ 8pm -9pm + 9 -9.30 rolls

First class is free

No excuses its to hot as we have two fans to cool you down, showers plus the hydration station (aka) the bar for when you finish.

Tonight's classes

7pm-8pm MKG Coventry - Kali, JKD, SIlat, Thai boxing.

8pm-9pm Ceu Azul BJJ - No Gi followed by rolls 9pm-9.30pm.

First class is free, drop in's available aswell as a variety of monthly packages.

Evening all please note tomorrow's classes will all be moved forward 30 minutes so we can get wrapped up for the 9pm football kick off.

Mkg starts 6.30pm

Ceu Azul bjj starts 7.30pm.

If you're running late you are still welcome to jump into classes.
