Joana is a consultant, award-winning social entrepreneur, and advocate for equality and inclusion. A three-time TEDx speaker, she has spoken for Facebook’s International Women’s Day, Oxford and Cambridge Universities, audiences of over 5,000 people, and HRH Princess Anne. A University of Oxford alumna and former McKinsey and Apple consultant, she founded She dot, a children’s book startup reimagining fairytales to challenge stereotypes worldwide.

Viren left JP Morgan after five years on the FX Sales & Trading desk to found Convu.ai. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs and EY Assurance. A Warwick alumni, he’s now focused on using AI to foster authentic connections in professional relationships.

With nearly two decades in the digital age, Petar founded and scaled a seven-figure marketing agency, collaborating with brands like Porsche and Formula 1. Now, as Regional Manager for Prime Capital by Adora, a Wall Street investment firm with a 160% average annual return, he leads global operations in AI, fintech, and emerging tech, while staying active in Formula 1.

Mathew highly motivated leader with extensive experience shaping and mentoring software engineering teams, both internally and for clients. Proven in driving strategic transformation, delivering scalable products, and fostering high-performing teams in complex environments. Formerly Principal Architect, Head of Engineering, and CEO at CreateiQ @ Linklaters. Previously, Service Owner & Senior Software Engineer at the University of Warwick, and Director of XL Web Design Ltd and proud Warwick alumni.

A highly accomplished professional, currently an Associate at JP Morgan with a background in Assurance at EY and a Summer Analyst Internship at Goldman Sachs and proud Warwick alumni.
