When people see this photograph, they see two athletes who have reached the highest level in combat sports.

One is former Heavyweight World Champion Anthony Joshua.

The other is Master Mark Junday, World Champion and Chief Instructor at Atomic Black Belt Academy in Coventry.

But this photograph isn't really about titles.

It's about something every champion learns along the way.

Success isn't built on talent alone.

It's built on thousands of small decisions.

Showing up when you don't feel like it.
Listening.
Learning.
Being coachable.
Getting back up after setbacks.
