SKY BLUE CELEBRATION DAY ARTWORK
The collaborative piece of art work that we created on the Sky Blue Celebration day is now up!
Each and everyone of the children had a part to play in creating this amazing, vibrant piece of art work. It will adorn the walls of Whittle Academy for a long time to come.

⚽ We thought we would share a throwback to last week when celebrated Coventry City FC's incredible Premier League achievement!⚽Everyone looked absolutely fabulous dressed head to toe in the team colours! 💙
On Tuesday morning, we kicked things off with a singing assembly where Mrs Smith led us through "We Live and Die in These Towns" 🎵
Later, every class got creative and contributed their own piece of artwork to a spectacular mural celebrating both Coventry City's triumph and the wonderful city we call home. 🎨
We can't wait to reveal the finished mural — stay tuned for photos coming soon!

🎉🥳🎁 Happy 100th birthday 🎉🥳🎁 to Sir David Attenborough from Whittle Academy!
Today lots of our school community celebrated by taking part in a live online assembly with Steve Backshall and Picture News
🎵 Talk about a power move 🎵
Our singing assembly this Tuesday was absolutely electric as we belted out We Live and Die in These Towns and we meant every word 💙 The energy in the room was incredible!
Fingers crossed Super Frank Lampard and the team catch our performance and feel the support coming their way 🚀 Because nothing fuels a championship push quite like a whole community behind you
Here is to chasing that Premier League promotion and making this season one to remember 🏆✨

Our Year 5 children will be meeting Adam Kay and Henry Paker on Thursday as part of our National Year of Reading event 📚
To make the day even more memorable, you can pre order a signed copy of the latest Dexter Procter book for them to take home
Books will be signed and ready to collect on the day, a lovely keepsake from a very special occasion
